A Current Hemp Cultivation Issue
Last year, the United States hemp industry was thrown into confusion when the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) announced that it would make an unpopular change to regulations about the crop. The Delaware issued an Interpretive Rule stating that all products derived from cannabis plants would be U.S. DEA’s purview, which includes industrial hemp.
